Foundation One is a Premium Ultra Luxury Property Development company primarily operating in South India. The company was founded in 2008 and has completed and handed over projects with a total developed area of 250,000 sq. ft and a NAV of $33 million. Foundation One has a solid pipeline of future projects with a Total Developed Area of 1 million sq. ft and a NAV of $120 million
Automobiles
Sakthi Saradha Group is a rapidly growing multi-dimensional automobile and spares dealership. The group has a solid retail presence in Tamil Nadu and has a vast network of distributors across South India.
Sakthi Saradha Group hasa robust portfolio of renovwned brands like TVS, TAFE, Eicher, Usha, TVS Eurogrip, Motul, Shell, Diamond Sprockets, Amara Raja Batteries & Lumax. Hatcheries
Mahasakthi Hatchery engages in parent breeder and hatchery operations of Vencobb chicken. The company has three laying units and currently rears 40,000 parent chicks and birds and has an established plant area of 2,00,000 sq. ft
Bioenercon
Mahasakthi Bio Enercon is engaged in producing biogas and organic manure from municipal wet waste and organic feedstock. The company has entered into a PPP (Public Private Partnership) agreement with Chennai and Madurai Corporations. Through these partnerships, the company will reduce -1000 tons daily inflow of organic wet waste to landfills and will produce -12,500 tons of biogas and -61,000 tons of organic manure every year.

Bio-Fertilizer
Terra Pure is the flagship brand of Mahasakthi Bio Fertilizers, aggregators and sellers of solid and liquid bio-fertilizers.
Our sister concern manufactures this bio-fertilizer Mahasakthi Bio Enercon, using biodegradable organic waste such as municipal wet waste and agricultural and animal waste. Bio-Enercon facilities, located in various parts of the country, use anaerobic digestion technology for the manufacture of this bio-fertilizer and are zero-emission and environment friendly.
